• CF-OBX Northland Airlines Ltd., Winnipeg, MB.

Accident: Fenton Lake, British Columbia. 14-Oct-1964. Crashed shortly after take off from Fenton Lake en route to Nimpo Lake, British Columbia. One passenger  and pilot received fatal injuries and another passenger survived with injuries. Aircraft written off.
