• CF-GYT Buchan’s Mining Co., Ltd., Buchans, NL. Dates currently unknown.

Accident: Near Hinds Lake, 10 mi. NW of Buchans, NL, Lon 48°59’N Lat 56°55’W 22.Mar-1959. Collision with terrain following severe airframe icing. Became iced up and was forced down with pilot John Lee Frankham attempting instrument approaches. It was carrying members of the Buchans ice hockey team. It was found next day and all six on board were found, some with minor injuries. Initially reported as written off, but was recovered from bush in 1959 and rebuilt.
