CF-MAZ Province of Manitoba, Air Division, (Manitoba Government Air Service), Lac Du Bonnet, MB. Delivered 17-May-1960. Operated until circa 1978.

Accident: 10ml of Newlton Lake, MB 59°43’N 99°19’W. 17-Dec-1963.It was concluded that during a turn at low altitude control was lost for unknown reasons and that before it was fully regained the aircraft struck the ice. Substantial damage caused to the aircraft. The pilot G C Emberley suffered minor injuries.
