Accident: Ladd AFB, Fairbanks, AK. 01-Mar-1951. Suffered category 2 (minor) damage at Ladd AFB in a take off accident. Pilot Frank L. Altman. Attached to the 5064th Cold Weather MT Unit, part of the 5001st Research and Development Group.

Accident: Anaktuvuk Pass Base, AK. 28-Jul-1951. Suffered category 2 (minor) damage in a landing accident. Pilot and units as above.

Accident: Kaltag AK, 23-Aug-1951. Suffered category 2 (minor) damage in a landing accident. Pilot and units as above.

Accident: A small lake 80 miles SE of Umiat, AK. 18-Jul-1952. Suffered category 2 (minor) damage in a landing accident. Pilot John L. Milton. Attached to 5064th Cold Weather MT Squadron, part of the 5001st Research and Development Group at Ladd AFB Fairbanks, AK.
