Accident: Moresby Camp, Cumshewa Inlet, BC. 53°03’N 131°50’W 12-Mar-1968. The aircraft was fitted with Amphibious floats. The aircraft became inverted after the pilot inadvertently selected wheels down for water landing. Substantial damage to the aircraft and no injuries recorded.

Accident: Vancouver Airport Tidal Flats, BC. 06-Jan-1971. Due to restricted visibility the pilot landed on water west of the airport. While step-taxiing towards the seaplane base the aircraft hit a sandbar and nosed over to rest inverted. Pilot and four passengers uninjured.
