Accident: Nr. Yakutat, AK. 10-Jun-1976. The pilot was taking off from a gravel road, lost directional control, hit a log pile and ground looped. Pilot uninjured and aircraft seriously damaged.  NTSB report ANC76FAD07.

Accident: Pelican, AK. 03 Jul 1978.While being operated by Southeast Skyways, float-equipped aircraft flew into blind canyon in adverse weather conditions, failed to maintain flying speed and spiral stalled into water. NTSB report ANC78FA043.
