C-GADE Ontario Northern Airways Ltd., Jellicoe, ON. Regd prior to Certificate of Airworthiness renewal dated 28-May-1976. Canx date currently unknown.

Accident. Rolland Lake, ON. 14-Oct-1976. The pilot had shut down in the middle of the lake while waiting for space at the dock. He noticed another aircraft taxiing toward him and he attempted unsuccessfully to start up his engine. His aircraft's left wing was struck by the other aircraft's propeller which was being taxied with a frosted windscreen.

Accident: North Indian Lake, MB. 25-Sep-2008. Float-equipped aircraft operated by Kississing Lake Lodge with pilot and three passengers was departing from North Indian Lake, Manitoba when the aircraft overturned. It is understood that whilst on the step on its takeoff run, the aircraft got airborne prematurely in gusty wind conditions, and then settled back onto the water, when the pilot lost control and the aircraft overturned. The occupants evacuated the aircraft and there were no injuries. CADORS report 2008C3542.
