• N11252 Ferrer Aviation Inc., Miami, FL. Regd 17-Jul-1962. Canx 16-Mar-1971.

Accident: Ludington, MI. 21-Mar-1971. During a ferry flight between Limo, Ohio and Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario the pilot decided to undertake a precautionary landing at Ludlington because of adverse weather conditions; aircraft ground looped on landing roll because of snow on runway. Minor damage to aircraft. Pilot and passenger uninjured.

• CF-ZYE Air Dale Ltd., Sault Ste. Marie, ON. Regd May-1971. Canx prior to renewal of C of A dated 08-May-1976.

Accident: Gerry Lake, 55 miles SE of Chapleau. ON. 09-Sep-1972. The aircraft was landed long on the lake and ran up onto a sandy beach and struck trees. Pilot and three passengers uninjured. Substantial damage to the aircraft.

• C-FZYE Chapleau Air Services Ltd., Chapleau, ON. Regd prior to Certificate of Airworthiness renewal dated 08-May-1976 and 08-Aug-1988. Canx 12-Apr-1995.

Accident: Shunsby Lake, ON. 27-May-1976. The aircraft overran the lake on landing and collided with trees at the end of the lake. Substantial damage caused to the aircraft. Pilot and four passengers uninjured.

Accident: Unegam Lake, ON. 24-Jul-1992. One person suffered fatal injuries and three persons sustained serious injuries. The aircraft was found inverted in water after engine failure. Aircraft suffered substantial damage.
