Accident: Seattle. WA. 30-Apr-2001. Whilst on a training detail two crew water taxied the aircraft out for departure. The aircraft was turned into wind and take off power was beginning to be applied when the aircraft’s right wing was picked up by a wind gust. The aircraft momentarily became airborne, pivoted and impacted the water slowly nosing over. Unknown if damage caused to aircraft. No injuries to two crew. NTSB reference. SEA01LA081

Accident: San Juan Islands, WA. 14-Sep-2006. Aircraft struck a rock whilst taxiing to dock and punctured a float. Float filled with water and aircraft nosed over and became partially submerged. No NTSB record found.
