Accident: Off Quadra Island Nr Campbell River, BC. 28-Feb-2005. Aircraft was lost en route Campbell River Spit, on Vancouver Island to Frances Bay and Knight Inlet to the North east. Wreckage located 14-Jul-2005 off SE coast of Quadra Islands in 800 ft. of water and airframe salvaged No survivors; one found drowned; pilot and three others never located. Engine brought up later. No TSB report completed.

C-GAQW Canx and deleted 17-Oct-2005 (Aircraft had been missing for more than 3.5 months).

• Located by families and volunteers 14 July 2005. Salvaged off Quadra Island.
