Accident: Upper Bank Lake, 40ml N of Elliot Lake, ON. 46°80’N 82°29’W. 18-Sep-1967. Cause reasoned to be improper movement by untrained passenger without instruction from the pilot. The passenger who was assisting in beaching the aircraft was struck by the propeller and and died of his injuries five days later.
