• C-FOBY Rusty Myers Flying Services (1986) Ltd., Fort Frances, ON. Regd 14-Jun-1991.

Accident: Quest Lake, ON. Lat 49.56, Long 90.42W. 07-Jul-1982: The pilot of the float-equipped aircraft selected an approach path necessitating flying over a narrow portion of the lake past a treed point to his left. Although the approach was into wind, the pilot reported that as he crossed the narrows, the aircraft dropped, and without warning, moved laterally to the left. He was able to stop the descent, but could not avoid colliding with a tree. The left wing was substantially damaged, but a successful landing was accomplished.

Note. Porthole added after 1978 and on floats. Retains original ventral fin.
