N127WA Webber Airlines Inc., Ketchikan, AK. Circa 1977.

Accident: Coffman Cove, AK. 12-Aug-1977. When with Webber Airlines hit a log raft on take off, which was aborted. Pilot misjudged speed & clearance. Substantial damage to aircraft. Pilot and seven passengers uninjured. NTSB report ANC77DAD08.

N127WA Temsco Helicopters Inc / Temsco AK Airlines Commuter, Ketchikan, AK. On USCAR at 03-Feb-1990.

Accident: Metlakatla, AK. 30-Jan-1986. Wind was 070 degrees at 20 kts with 6-12 inch swells. N127WA was positioned at north side of dock for departure toward east. N1018H was holding at east side of dock. Deck hand cast off N127WA before pilot started engine; aircraft began to drift back into dock. Pilot started engine. Attempted to manoeuvre away from dock, but dock proximity prohibited use of sufficient power to establish steerageway under existing weather conditions. N127WA drifted around northeast corner of dock and into N1018H. N127WA sustained substantial damage and pilot shut down engine. N1018H sustained minor damage, pilot taxied clear. N127WA drifted back into east side of dock, sustained further damage from wind and wave action.  NTSB report SEA86LA049A
