Left Nicosia, Cyprus on 13-Jun-1964 for Aden flying via El Adem, Libya , Wadi Halfar, Sudan and Khartoum, Sudan arriving Aden on 16-Jun-1964 (25hrs 20mins flying time). From Aden it was put aboard HMS Centaur for Changi, Singapore.

Joined 30 Flight RASC which was retitled 130 Flight RCT 15-Jul-1965.

Joined 656 Squadron at Changi, Singapore. Jun-1964.

Returned to the UK arriving at 19MU St Athan, Sth Glamorgan on 10-Mar-1967
