Note: Left Paint Shop 09-Nov-1956 Colours were Grey #120 below speedline, light grey on top and under wings, about four feet of red on wingtips, fin and rudder grey. Leading edge of wing grey. Fuselage top and side white. Tailplane same as wings with approximately eighteen inches of red. Flying Horse on each side of fuselage, similar to Beaver c/n 94.

Note: The current FAA record shows this aircraft registered to SOCONY Mobil Oil Company Inc., New York, NY. Date unknown (but see delivery date) and cancelled 10-Oct-1956 on export to Venezuela which is prior to said date.

Was it leased to an oil company in Venezuela and returned in Jul-1970?
