Accident: Narrows Inlet, BC. Lat 49.42N, Long 123.42W 19-May-1982. The pilot was on a local scheduled flight. About 15 minutes after take-off, witnesses saw the aircraft descend to the right towards a hillside. Investigation revealed the aircraft had descended through the trees at about cruising speed - with flaps up and the engine developing power. It seems the pilot made no attempt to lessen the impact forces by stalling the aircraft into the tree tops. Fire broke out at the final impact point, and the forward fuselage and engine were completely consumed. Pilot incapacitation resulting from a heart failure is probable, but the post-crash fire destroyed any pathological evidence.Pilot and passenger killed,
