• JZ-PAB Netherlands Nieuw Guineaanse Luchtvaart Maatschappij (NNGLM)/Netherlands Government). Netherlands New Guinea Airlines. Delivered (Paperwork) 02-Sep-1954. Still at Downsview Nov-1954. Regd 14-Jul-1955. Canx Jul-1957.

• JZ-PAB De Kroonduif (KLM Royal Dutch Airlines). Regd Jul-1957.

Accident: Merauke, Indonesia. 16-Nov-1957. The aircraft crashed on a beach whilst on a coastal survey using experimental Decca Equipment. Whilst flying low over a beach the aircraft’s starboard wing hit a crooked growing palm tree. After the wing broke off, aircraft hit the ground so hard that the engine was ripped off and partially crushed the cockpit. Pilot, co-pilot and two passengers killed. Aircraft written off.
