Airworthiness date: 10-Jun-1968. Category – Normal.

Accident: Near Juneau, AK. 13-Jan-1975. Aircraft went missing on a flight from Juneau to Tenakee. Reason unknown. Pilot and four passengers missing. Aircraft subsequently recovered but details currently unknown. NTSB report ANC75AA050.
