Accident: White Waltham, Berks, UK. 31-Mar-2000. Prop damaged whilst pitching forward after hard landing on flight from Headcorn, Kent to Hinton in the Hedges, Oxfordshire.

Accident: Headcorn, Kent, UK. 03-Mar-2001. Tipped over and damaged tips of prop whilst taxiing onto soft ground at end of parachuting flight.

Accident: Headcorn, Kent, UK. 11-Mar-2007.The pilot commenced a takeoff on Runway 21 at Headcorn Airfield with eight parachutists on board. The flaps were not selected and the aircraft failed to get airborne in the available distance. The pilot aborted the takeoff but was unable to prevent a collision with a parked aircraft. (Museum F-100 Super Sabre.) The pilot received fatal injuries as a result of the collision.
