Note: Purchased by Kenmore at the Davis Monthan auction sale on 29-Jan-1976 for $23,000US. Sold on the basis of “no reasonable potential for normal certification”. Total time 6,164.5 hours., engine 6,481.5 hours. Comment at sale: white paint scheme and late metal right wing.

Accident: Tutna Lake, AK. 18-Aug-1985. The aircraft crashed on the side of a mountain at an elevation of 2,200 ft approximately 3 miles from its intended destination, a remote lake. Purpose of the flight was to discharge caribou hunters into an area where caribou were spotted earlier that day. The aircraft was destroyed by fire. Inspection of the wreckage failed to reveal a mechanical failure/malfunction.. NTSB report ANC85FA154.

Total hours: 9,018 hours at Aug-1985.
