N90785 Topeka Shawnee County Civil Defence, Topeka, KS. Dates unknown.

Accident: Carbondale, KS. 10-Jun-1976. On a flight between Hutchinson KS., and Larned KS., and flying a search pattern at 75 mph, failed to maintain flying speed and spun into ground. Aircraft destroyed. Two crew members and one passenger seriously injured. Two passengers sustained minor injuries. No NTSB record found.
