Accident: Davis Inlet, NL. Lat 55.52N, Long 60.49W. 17-Apr-1973. When operating with Labrador Airways a prospective passenger walked into the propeller during the boarding process.

Accident: Northwest River Airstrip, 07-Jan-1976. Crashed on snow and ice covered lake in a nose low attitude after take-off and was destroyed. Wayne Massie and six passengers suffered serious injury. Unclear but possibly two other passengers killed.
