Note:. The C.C. C. acronym means Canadian Commercial Corporation The C.C.C. was established as a Crown Corporation by the Canadian government in 1956 to support Canadian export sales. The back-to-back contracts between de Havilland Canada and C.C.C. and the government of Pakistan and the US Navy etc., was a way around the Buy America Act. The provision of the aircraft to the Philippines was under the Military Assistance Programme.

Accident: Nasugbas, Batangas, Philippines. 19-Nov-1964. After taking off from Nichols Air Base., near Manila, the aircraft crashed during anti smuggling operations. All four occupants received fatal injuries.
