58-7020 US Army # 1953. L-20 No. 954. Delivery date unknown. Built as L-20A and re-designated U-6A in 1962.

Note: C/N 1405 currently no documentary evidence of a Command No. for 58-7020 to 58-7024, but as all five went to Austria perhaps there was none.

3B-GA Austrian Air Force / Österreichische Heeresfliegerkräfte from 28-Jul-1960.

Accident: Langenleborn, Austria.  28-May-1963. The aircraft took off from the airfield at around 11.00am. On board were the pilot, a Doctor and four medical orderlies from the airfield medical centre. After about 40 minutes of flying time the aircraft was returning to Langenleborn. The aircraft could clearly be seen approaching the runway threshold at about 1,000 metres when at a height of about 150 metres the aircraft suddenly turned right and down and hit a grain silo. On hitting the ground the aircraft immediately exploded. All occupants were killed. Tulln-Langenlebarn Airfield - LOXT.

Note: 3B-GA replaced by c/n 1221 as 3B-GF.
